Down Payment Requirement

• A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to confirm and secure your preorder.

• Your order will not be processed until the down payment has been received.

​Balance and Shipping

• Once the item arrives, you will be notified via your registered contact details (email or SMS).

• The remaining 50% balance must be settled within 5 calendar days of notification.

• We will only ship the item after full payment has been made.

• Failure to pay the balance within the given time frame may result in forfeiture of your down payment.

• Since items are not on hand during preorder, we rely on supplier-provided photos and descriptions.

• We do our best to disclose all known flaws or imperfections based on available information, especially for preloved items.

• Buyers acknowledge that minor variations in condition may occur and agree to accept the item as described upon arrival.
