Shipping Coverage

• We currently offer nationwide shipping within the Philippines.

• For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing an order.

• We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Available shipping methods include LBC for locations outside of Metro Manila. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier chosen. The buyer will shoulder the shipping cost. ​

• For locations within Metro Manila, customers have the option to avail of our personal rider service or courier such as but not limited to Grab Express.

 

Courier

• Customers will be the one to book Grab Express. Please make sure your contact details and address are accurate

• All items are packed securely to minimize risk of damage during transit.

• Luxe at Purse Sight is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier after the item has been dispatched.

Personal Rider

•  If customers avail of our personal rider service, our team will be the one to deliver the items to the customers. This is to ensure that items will not be misplaced or stolen.

• A flat rate shipping fee of PHP500 will be charged.

• Areas of coverage are cities within Metro Manila. ​

Processing and Delivery Time

• Orders are processed once the full payment or layaway balance is received and cleared. Our team aims to process orders within 2-3 business days from the date of payment.

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events.​

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
