• Proof of Authenticity: You must provide a valid authentication certificate from Entrupy, Legit Grails, Zeko, and Bababebi. These are recognized authority in verifying luxury items, proving that the item is counterfeit. We will only recognize these four third part authentication certificates. 

• Return Request: Your request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Documentation: Submit a copy of the authentication certificate along with your original purchase receipt and any relevant documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing
